AL-ALAQ (The Clot)

In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.

  • Read (O Muhammad) in the name of your Lord Who created,
  • (He) created man from a clot of blood.
  • Read! and your Lord is the Most Bountiful One;
  • Who taught by the pen,
  • Taught man what he knew not.
